Founded in 1994, Miray İnşaat A.Ş. has developed infrastructure and superstructure projects such as industrial facilities, educational buildings, hospitals, warehouses, and residential and office buildings.
Miray İnşaat, which has successfully completed over 750,000 m2 construction projects to date, transfers its 27-year experience and knowledge to its fields of activity with pioneering investments.

Dilek Holding, which entered Turkey’s tourism industry with Sheraton Çeşme in 2001, is now among the most important institutions in the industry.
In 2013, Dilek Holding made Rezidor Group’s first franchise agreement in Turkey with Radisson Blu Hotel Pera. With the opening of Radisson Blu Hotel Şişli in 2014, it continued to provide international quality service.
Dilek Holding also operates in Istanbul’s restaurant industry with Hamdi Restaurant Şişli and Hamdi Restaurant Pera.
With the agreement signed with Accor Group in March 2021, Swissotel Residences Çeşme and the 248-room Swissotel Çeşme Hotel are expected to be operational by June 2022.
